Operation on Catalyst starts upon a written application of a Catalyst Participant subject to the following conditions:
1) the Catalyst Participant has basic organisational and technical resources necessary to support trading in debt financial instruments listed on the given Catalyst market;
2) the Catalyst Participant has a documented capacity of settlement of transactions concluded on the given market;
3) the Catalyst Participant agrees to comply with the provisions of these Rules and other provisions applicable on the given Catalyst market.
