Entities which are Exchange Members, members or participants of the CeTO Securities Market or participants of the MTS-Poland market are admitted to operation on the given Catalyst market – with the exception of admission to operation on the regulated market – upon the submission of a declaration of operation on the given market provided that the declared scope of participation corresponds to the current scope of operation of the given entity.
