Admission to operation on Catalyst is possible upon the fulfilment of conditions set out in the provisions of relevant rules.
1. Admission to operation on one of the Catalyst regulated markets is tantamount to admission to operation in the Catalyst alternative trading systems.
2. Admission to operation in the alternative trading system operated by the WSE is tantamount to admission to operation in the alternative trading system operated by MTS-CeTO.
3. Admission to operation on the regulated market operated by the WSE is tantamount to admission to operation on the regulated market operated by MTS-CeTO.

The conditions required for an application for admission to operation on a given Catalyst market and the documents and information required from the applicant are set out in the provisions of the relevant rules and other regulations applicable on the given market.
