All entities with CATALYST Participant status are allowed to conduct direct operations of trading in debt instruments on the CATALYST market.
The following categories of entities may become Participants of the debt securities market subject to conditions set out in regulations:
1) investment firms;
2) foreign investment firms;
3) credit institutions
4) other entities which fulfil the requirements of relevant regulations and give the assurance of proper performance of obligations related to operation on Catalyst.
Entities which want to be admitted to operation on Catalyst are required:
1) to hold a brokerage licence (if applicable);
2) to give the assurance of proper performance of obligations related to operation on Catalyst;
3) to have basic organisational and technical resources necessary to support trading in debt financial instruments on Catalyst;
4) to submit a written application for admission to operation on Catalyst.
